U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Jocelyn Lord, 97th Security Forces Squadron, has been an exceptional influence to her fellow Airmen. During the month of July, she volunteered more than 20 hours at a nearby animal shelter, fostering multiple animals. She also volunteered as the 97th Security Forces Squadron representative for the 97th Medical Group’s booster club movie night fundraiser and was a designated driver for the most recent staff sergeant release party. Lord is also proactive during her duty hours, ensuring the streets in housing are safe by enforcing the base’s traffic codes and conducting community policing as a certified bike patrol officer.
