Burning Spear Mini Golf and Splash Pad Park ribbon cutting ceremony

ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – U.S. Air Force Col. Bill Spangenthal, 97th Air Mobility Wing commander, and project manager Michael Hunt, cut a ribbon at the Burning Spear Mini Golf and Splash Pad Park during a ribbon cutting ceremony, Dec. 3, 2014. Members of Altus AFB voted to have the park constructed as one of the many improvements being implemented here for winning the 2014 Commander In Chief’s Installation Excellence Award.
