Civil Engineers practice to maintain combat readiness

ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Robert Black, 97th Civil Engineer Squadron structural journeyman, carries a sandbag to fortify a defensive fight position during a Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force exercise, Feb. 19, 2015.
