Gateway to Altus; The Military Affairs Committee

The Military Affairs Committee is a group of community leaders who work with military installations to do numerous events or petition on behalf of military members to improve quality of life. The committee in Altus, Oklahoma has been around since the 1950’s and has aided in improving water quality, the yearly cattle drive, rodeos, chili cook off, Committee of 100 dinners and many other events to welcome Airmen into the local community.
