ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. - The 97th Air Mobility Wing’s newest KC-46 Pegasus approaches the flightline on Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, Aug. 6, 2021. With greater refueling, cargo and aeromedical evacuation capabilities compared to the KC-135, the KC-46 provides next generation aerial refueling support to Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps and partner-nation receivers.
