U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Michelle Vi Torculas, a food services specialist assigned to the 97th Force Support Squadron, presents the dish she prepared for the 2017 Chopped Chef Challenge, November 28, 2017, at Altus Air Force Base, Okla.
