Altus invites public to Tops in Blue performance Published Sept. 22, 2014 By 020914 ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- The U.S. Air Force's premier entertainment showcase, Tops in Blue, is offering a free night of family entertainment Oct. 5 at 6 p.m. at the Western Oklahoma State College auditorium in Altus. This year, Tops in Blue continues its long-standing tradition of family entertainment by showcasing what has made Tops in Blue a "must-see" event for over 60 years. The group will perform chart-topping hits as well as great music from movies and Broadway shows. Combine that with the dazzling lights, costumes and precision choreography for which Tops in Blue is known worldwide, and it will be a show sure to please everyone. Tops in Blue is an all-active duty U.S. Air Force special unit made up of talented amateur performers selected for their entertainment abilities. It is one of the oldest and most widely traveled entertainment groups of its kind. This event is open to the public and tickets are available through the Altus Chamber of Commerce.
