Five four-person teams from 97th Air Mobility Wing competed in the 97th Logistics Readiness Squadron Warrior Challenge May 6, 2019, at Altus Air Force Base, Okla. The 2.5 mile event measured their physical strength and military knowledge in areas such as weapon assembly and function checks, detecting simulated chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear contamination and completing an obstacle course while carry mobility bags and jerry cans. The LRS Fuels Management Flight team took top honors, completing the challenge in one hour and sixteen minutes.
