ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. --

Airmen from Altus AFB and Vance AFB, alongside Soldiers from Fort Sill, joined together during Caduceus Spear, blending their expertise in a field-like setting to bolster crisis response at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, May 23, 2024. The exercise concluded with an aeromedical evacuation, where Airmen and Soldiers collaborated to load all patients onto a C-17 Globemaster III aircraft, continuing to assess their condition while airborne.
