ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- The junior enlisted and noncommissioned officers of the 97th Air Mobility Wing came together for a mentorship session, May 26, 2021, at the Base Exchange multipurpose room.
The session focused on career progression, work-life balance, and the importance of finding a mentor. Approximately 20 base members attended the event, which allowed former junior enlisted members to pass down guidance to attendees. Airmen also had the opportunity to ask questions to the panel on any topic of their choice including writing packages, volunteering, and how to recover from mistakes.
