Dental Clinic maintains Airmen’s medical readiness
ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Vinecia Anderson, 97th Medical Group prophylaxis assistant, places a clean dental instrument into a sterilized package inside the Dental Clinic Jan. 28, 2015. All of the used dental instruments must be cleaned, sanitized, dried, packaged, sterilized and checked before they can be used again to ensure there is not bacteria present.
