Local media is invited to a free outdoor concert at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The concert will be held at Wings of Freedom Park on Oct. 5, 2017. Performers include the Ft. Sill 77th Army Band and the 2016 winner of The Voice, Sundance Head. The Ft. Sill 77th Army Band will perform from 5:00pm
