Many of our aircraft maintainers start their careers in the Grow Your Own Mechanic Program. The program is a reliable path to a career as an aircraft maintainer. High school students can simply talk to their counselors and adults can contact the Southwest Technology Center's Director of Student Services, RaChel Crume, at 580-477-2250 to get started!
