ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- U.S. Air Force Col Todd Hohn, 97th Air Mobility Wing commander, and the City of Altus Mayor, Jack Smiley, sign the 2015 Red Ribbon Week proclamation at the Altus City Hall, Oct. 5. The Red Ribbon Campaign began in 1988 in response to the death of U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency agent Enrique Camarena at the hands of drug barons, and continues today as a symbol of hope for a drug free society.
