Altus AFB responds to flight line incident Published Jan. 23, 2015 By 010115 ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Altus AFB closed its gates temporarily for a suspected security incident on the flight line. Security Forces responded to the scene and have determined there was no security risk. No personnel were injured or property damaged as a result of this situation. Base personnel identified the incident as an aircraft communications equipment malfunction.
