Natural Disaster/Peacetime Emergency (3-4 minute steady siren tone)

After Emergency, the Command Post will issue two messages: 

1. Threat Has Passed Come out of shelter but remain indoors HAZARDS MAY STILL BE PRESENT

 

2. ALL CLEAR
